DeMasi Elementary School graduate, and current DeMasi Middle School 6th grader, Chase Gilchrist is getting ready to battle cancer for the 6th time. Chase has terminal, grade 3 metastatic anaplastic ependymoma. While there is no known cure for Chase’s cancer, he is committed to fighting the good fight. Money collected will go directly to the Gilchrist Family to help with the enormous costs associated with cancer. What: Hat Dat When: Every Friday in May How: Bring in a donation of at least $1 to your homeroom teacher (DMS) or classroom teacher (DES) each Friday you wear a hat.
